How to find us

Kids Research and the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) are located on The Children’s Hospital at Westmead campus - corner Hawkesbury Rd and Hainsworth St, Westmead.  Please see these links for stylised maps to Kids Research and the CRC from the main hospital entrance.

Main administration is located on Level 2 with PC2 accredited laboratories on Level 3 & 4. There is no public access to the research floors. Contact on arrival should be made with the person you are visiting or with reception.

By train

The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is a short walking distance from Westmead Station (450 metres). If you require further information visit CityRail.

By bus

There are several bus routes to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead which include Routes 711, T64, T63 and T65 from Parramatta Station at Stand B4. For further information visit Sydney Buses.

By car

Paid public parking including disabled parking is available on the hospital grounds. Entry to the multi-storey hospital car park is on the corner of Hawkesbury and Hainsworth St, Westmead. Please allow ample time to find a space.

If parking on the street please observe parking regulations carefully as police patrol the grounds and issue infringement notices.
