Population Health & Health Services Research
Our population health research is focused on the pressing health issues of children in urban and remote areas. Improving the health of Indigenous children is of particular critically importance. This population health research is complemented by a strong research focus aimed at improving health services for children in Australia.
These research programs ensure we continue to improve children's health and well-being through better understanding of the epidemiology and impact of childhood diseases, the social and environmental factors that contribute to these diseases, and the determinants that affect children's health outcomes.
